What we retrofit
Pole-mounted LED conversions, shoebox retrofits, wall packs, canopy lighting for gas stations and drive-thrus. Photometric plans on request.
High-bay LED conversions, T5/T8 replacements, motion sensor integration, and full-facility relamps. Typical payback 18–36 months on energy.
Troffer retrofits, LED downlights, track lighting, accent lighting for retail environments. Tunable-white and dimming controls available.
Convert existing fluorescent or neon sign cabinets to LED. Serviceable modules, UL-listed power supplies, typically 50–70% lower energy draw.
Metal halide and high-pressure sodium replacements with drop-in or full-fixture LED conversions. Often eligible for utility incentives.
Scheduled relamping programs for multi-site operators. One PO, one schedule, all sites documented with before/after photos.
How we do it
Existing-fixture count, wattage baseline, operating hours, and photometric review. We document what's there before recommending what replaces it.
Fixture specs, installed price, energy savings projection, and payback window. Utility rebate coordination where available (Dominion Energy, Pepco, BGE).
Bucket-truck and scissor-lift crews, after-hours scheduling to avoid retail or operational disruption. Licensed electrical work where required.
Fixture inventory, warranty registration, utility rebate paperwork submitted on your behalf.
