AV Horizon designs, fabricates, permits, installs, and maintains commercial signage for national retailers, cinemas, corporate campuses, and institutional clients. From channel letters and illuminated pylons to interior wayfinding, vinyl graphics, LED lighting retrofits, and ongoing sign service — every scope lives under one roof.

We exist because commercial signage goes wrong when it gets handed between vendors. Design doesn't match fabrication. Fabrication doesn't match install. Install doesn't survive year one. We own the chain so that doesn't happen.

Every project moves through the same five gates — survey, design-and-permit, fabrication coordination, install, and warranty handoff. It's how national programs stay consistent across markets, and how one-off flagship jobs don't turn into six rounds of revisions.

We don't substitute materials mid-project. We don't push install dates to fit our schedule. Every COI, every permit pull, every site condition is documented so the buyer — retailer, GC, facilities team — knows exactly what they're getting and when.

Our crews operate daily across Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. — from Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, and Loudoun through Bethesda, Rockville, Silver Spring, and the greater D.C. metro. We run up to Baltimore and down to Richmond without a surcharge. Same-day site surveys and fast-turn permitting are the baseline.

For national brand programs, we coordinate multi-market rollouts through a vetted install partner network — single point of contact, consistent standards, one COI package, one invoice per rollout.

Virginia Class B Contractor License. Current and in good standing. License number available on request with W-9.

Insured

$2M General Liability coverage. Workers' Compensation across all crews. Additional insured endorsement available by project. Full COI package sent within same business day.

OSHA-30 certified

Lead installers hold OSHA-30 construction safety certification. Crew members carry OSHA-10 minimum. Documented safety program, toolbox talks, and site-specific JHAs.

Fully permitted

Direct permit-pull authority in Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Montgomery County, and D.C. In-house expediting — no third-party permit runners.

Bonded

Performance and payment bonding available for projects that require it. Bond capacity confirmed per-project against project size and duration.

Vendor onboarding

Accepted into major retail, cinema, and corporate vendor networks. Pre-cleared for facilities-team onboarding with standard W-9, COI, safety docs, and references.
