We field-measure, photograph, document existing conditions, and confirm scope before fabrication starts. Standard turnaround: same-week.
Direct authority in seven DMV jurisdictions including DC historic preservation review. Typical Fairfax timeline: 14 days from submittal to issuance. Most installer competitors outsource permits or skip jurisdictions. We don't.
Channel letters, ground-set monument signs, dimensional letters, ADA wayfinding, vinyl graphics, lighting retrofits, lobby logo walls. MEWP-certified boom and scissor lift crews for first and second story work. OSHA-30 lead, OSHA-10 crew minimum.
